Well duh. It's sexist.

Saying you'll hire women is sexist because it says you won't hire men.

And in the case of Biden saying he would put a black woman on the supreme court was both racist and sexist because he said he won't hire a white person or a man.

Imagine if someone said "I'll only hire men" they would be string up in a heart beat.

If people actually want things to be equal then they need to start treating people equally.
