I don't care for cake but saw this and thought I'd share.

Orange cake.

Use a box yellow cake mix & where it calls for water...put in that same amount of frozen (thawed) concentrated orange juice.

It's awesome...but it always falls in the center.

I have had a couple of those they were good. So I recommend trying them. The Sprite and Coke.

The orange juice probably kills the yeast action before the heat in the oven can penetrate to bake it.
You might try substituting orange zest and reduce the juice and see if that works better.

Throw out the boxes, making cake from raw ingredients is not difficult at all and naturally produces far-far-far better results.
