This is putting 100% trust in the Big Corporations to do the right thing and be fair to the customers and also fair to small businesses. Do you think you can trust Big Corporations not to rip the people off and also not to destroy small Internet start up companies or even medium sized Internet start up companies?
EG. Someone has been paying 40 a month for their Internet services, there is nothing preventing these Big Corporations now saying that someone must pay 100 a month for the same services they were getting before for 40 a month, there is nothing stopping them adopting a Two Tier Internet system where if they steal more money off the customer that customer can get faster Internet service etc. There also is nothing stopping them saying they don't like X website or Y website so they are going to block and/or restrict a customers access to it, they could if they didn't like this forum block and/or restrict your access to it....and you think this is a positive thing?
Putting 100% trust in Big Corporations never works out well, look what happened with the Big Banking Corporations, essentially a group of snakes in suits.
There is nothing Conservative about any of this, this is pure Corporatism and pure Corporatism is not a good thing.

What choice when they all charge the same rates?And if I had multiple choices for internet providers this remains highly unlikely to happen.I'm quoting:

No offense meant, but I don't think you understand "net neutrality" - it's not about content. It's not about judging content. Boiled down it means this - providers must provide the equal speed/access to all content. That is what net neutrality is. They can't slow down some and favor others.
Net Neutrality (per the dictionary): the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites.
This is what Trump wants to end.
What you are talking about with Facebook and Twitter has nothing to do with net neutrality.
Not only that but Facebook and Twitter are private companies - they can select content as they want according to their viewpoints if they want. However - they might lose customers if they make bad decisions. In this way they are no different then Fox or Breitbart. Do you think THEY allow all viewpoints?
Now who setup limiting choices again?

That was 100 years ago.. And confined to certain manufacturers and mining operations. It was still possible to COMPETE with the "big boys".. Cant be done today. Is NOT being done today. Because you need a literal ARMY of regulation and legal compliance to move above a certain size level. So NEW potential competition just gets EATEN alive by those BIG ENOUGH to comply with all that regulation..
Tax bill is not a give away to corporations. What needs to be fixed is all the targeted TAX BREAKS need to be killed. And NEITHER party will do that. Bernie was harping on how GE paid no taxes. Not at 35% OR 21%. But Bernie acted deaf and dumb as to WHY that happens. But HE KNOWS.. It's those targeted tax breaks that BOTH parties like to trade power for campaign cash.. Things like giving GE a $50 tax credit for every "energy efficient large appliance" that they sell. They accumulated SO MUCH CREDIT, they'd not have to pay A ******* PENNY for years. Only the Lparty or some principled socialist party would make that a high tax reform priority. Doesn't matter what the RATE is if you're handing out pork like a church picnic.
You can continue to watch jobs move overseas or fix it. Because it's easier to move or invert your company into a lower tax country.
