Most of you probably won't notice all the massive die offs as maybe others have who see the disasters maps and the constant mass die off of animals esp. the Fish. It is enormous..

Thousands of dead fish are washing up on the shores of the McKinley Park Lagoon. In the spring, the city fills the lagoon with fish for recreational fishers during the spring and summer, and what's happening may not be pretty but it is natural. The brutal ways of nature play out on the surface of the manmade lagoon. "We noticed yesterday that a lot of fish were dead, they were floating up at the top, and the ones that were still alive were up at the top, at the surface trying to breathe," said Samantha Hertel, vice president of the McKinley Park Advisory Council. Hundreds, if not thousands, of gold fish, blue gills and typically bottom-dwelling catfish began floating and struggling for the surface yesterday afternoon. "The large die off of fish we saw is likely because of low oxygen levels in the lagoon," said John Belcik, student in population genetics at the University of Illinois - Chicago. In the fall the city drained the lagoon after human remains, including a severed skull, turned up in the water as part of a homicide investigation. "The drainage left the fish where they are but it really pumped out a lot of these phytoplankton, the algae that produce oxygen," Hertel explained. It didn't matter so much in winter, but now with warmer weather and the summer fishing season upon us that lack is easily seen. "The algae population really hasn't had a chance to grow and get back up to right size to produce levels of oxygen needed for these fish," Hertel said. Park Service employees are now scrambling to clean up the carnage in order to keep seagulls and raccoons from feeding on them while they restore oxygen to sustainable levels. Park Advisory embers said the situation has vastly improved since Monday. The city has turned on the aerators in the lagoon to add oxygen to the water, but full restoration of oxygen levels could take up to a week. The Chicago Park District released a statement about the dead fish, saying: In response to the hundreds of dead fish in the McKinley lagoon, a fish kill over winter is normal, as the lagoon freeze a percentage of the fish die, a normal event every spring. The issue is exacerbated at McKinley because of the low oxygen level in the water. The warm spring has made the fish more active than they would normally be at this time of the year, causing an increased demand on the oxygen in the water. The low level of oxygen is due to a low water level as a result of draining the lagoon in the late fall to assist the Chicago Police Department. The Chicago Park District issued further water testing to confirm that there aren't any chemical issues in the water and will continue to monitor the water closely through the spring season. In the short term we are turning the water on overnight to increase the water level, this will also help increase the oxygen level in the water. Once the issue is resolved the lagoon will be stocked for fish.......

Yeeeeeeeeaaaahhhh, no. Or, to put it another way, if there were a massive volcanic eruption not only would all of those critters be gone. A good chunk of humanity would go too. It would be real nice to predict when a volcano is going to erupt but sadly that is far beyond our means at this time.

What dies in the ocean causes death upon land

there is more dying off then most even know why because they don't pay attention and MSM doesn't plaster those deaths all over the place.... like this

OCEAN LIFE IS DYING IN MASS, AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY ?

ARE THE MYSTERIOUS MASS DIE-OFFS IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN GOING STOP, OR ARE ALL THE SEA CREATURES JUST GOING TO EVENTUALLY GO EXTINCT?

In the past 70 years researchers have found that there have been 727 mass die-offs of nearly 2,500 different animal species, and that they are increasing among birds, fish and marine invertebrates. The ocean is dying, by all accounts – and if so, the food supply will die along with it. The causes are numerous, and overlapping. However there has been a clear and noticeable increase in the amount of dead creatures showing up on the west coast of North America since the Fukushima disaster in March of 2011. Since then massive numbers of Pacific wildlife populations have been dying off, and in typical western establishment fashion the so called authorities have no agreed explanation for why. Such mass mortality events occur when a large percentage of a population dies in a short time frame. While the die-offs are rare and fall short of extinction, they can pack a devastating punch, potentially killing more than 90 percent of a population in one shot. However there has been no quantitative analysis of the patterns of mass mortality events among animals relating to Fukushima radiation and the main-stream media, and Government agencies seem to be ignoring the problem.

Cute alarmist nonsense. Things die in the oceans all of the time. What they didn't bother to tell you is that there were 18,000 new species of critters found last year alone. It is the nature of life to come and go. There are no recorded extinctions for any mega critters in over 50 years though. And yes, with the global warming hysteria if there was even the slightest hint that this was occurring you can bet your ass it would be plastered all over the MSM and it would be attributed to global warming. Guaranteed.

Survival of the fittest.

Some species die out all the time.

On the other hand, whitetailed deer, black bears, coyotes, feral cats, and mountain lions are thriving across the USA.

There are always winners and losers on any planet in any ecosystem.

Remember when dinosaurs were king? Then came the asteroid. Then mammals took over. Then humans evolved.

Humans were the first species to walk on the moon.

Between Fukishima and the geo-engineering program that has been killing the plankton, the Pacific Ocean sea life is dying off at a frightening speed and the lame stream media will never cover it. Looks to me that the depopulation agenda of the elites will not be via nuclear weapons by by starvation because they are killing our food supply and ability to grow our own.

Yeah imagine how hard that is for the dumpsters to figure out, as most who are clueless to it all think it's just a little ole normal cycle. LMFAO if they only knew what they don't even know.

She once predicted that a nuke was going to go off in DC during Inauguration Day.

She has a gazillion stories that never come true, but she never lets that deter her from spewing more retarded conspiracy/doomsday scenarios.

Yeah I've asked MindWars a few times about the thread where she assured us Obama would have a 3rd term, strangely MindWars is no longer interested in that topic.

Mysterious deaths of Kazakhstan antelope...

Mystery deepens over mass die-off of antelopes
17 January 2018 - A mass die-off of wild antelopes in Kazakhstan was triggered by environmental factors, scientists believe.
More than 200,000 saiga antelopes collapsed and died suddenly in 2015, wiping out most of the global population. The deaths were found to be caused by a bacterial infection. However, new data shows other factors were involved too, including unusually high humidity and temperatures. Researchers think changing environmental conditions could be a trigger for the bacterial onslaught, although this needs further research. They say there is a high chance of the same thing happening again, given climate change predictions for the region. Study leader Prof Richard Kock of the Royal Veterinary College London was part of the original emergency response team.

Saigas died in large numbers across the Betpak-Dala region of Kazakhstan

He said the event went way beyond what would normally be expected from a bacterial disease of this kind. "The whole thing was really extraordinary," he said. "It's very very likely to happen again." The multi-disciplinary team used statistical analysis to look at environmental conditions at the time. They found that there were unusually warm temperatures and high humidity in the days leading up to the wildlife deaths. The same was found for two previous mass die-offs of antelopes in 1981 and 1988 in central Asia. The mechanisms by which climate factors triggered this bacterial attack remain unknown, and require future research, they say. A link with climate had been noted before, but, "this is the first concrete evidence", said Prof Kock.

Newborn saiga calf: Numbers have risen again since 2015

There is an urgent need for mitigation of other risks to the critically-endangered animal, such as poaching and the spread of diseases from livestock, he added. "There's theoretically a possibility of extinction of the species entirely," he said. "We have at least got a number of populations - albeit small ones - that are outside the danger zone." Other wildlife, such as reindeer, could also be susceptible to mass die-offs, scientists believe. The antelopes all died within days of each other over a large area of central Kazakhstan. It later emerged that the most likely cause was blood poisoning from a bacterium found naturally in saiga antelopes, which is usually harmless.

Skull from a saiga with the horns sawn off: High levels of poaching have depleted numbers

Co-researcher Steffen Zuther of the Frankfurt Zoological Society/Association for the Conservation of Biodiversity of Kazakhstan said mass mortality events are a major threat for the saiga antelope and can wipe out many years of conservation work in a few days. "The triggering of such mass mortality events in saiga through weather conditions shows that not much can be done to prevent them occurring, and therefore how important it is to maintain saiga populations of sufficient size for the species to survive such catastrophes," he explained. "The event was simply catastrophic for the long-term survival of this critically endangered species," said Nida Al Fulaij of the wildlife charity, PTES, which funded some of the rescue work. The saiga antelope lives on the grasslands of Central Asia in large herds of up to a thousand individuals. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature says the animal is at risk from illegal hunting for horns used in Chinese traditional medicine, as well as from habitat loss and grassland fires. The research is published in the journal, Science Advances.
