The Secret Service is the most sophisticated security agency the world has ever known. Secret Service agents have "top secret" security clearance. "Secret" is literally in their name! You think they dont understand how to protect secrets? You think the government gives top secret clearance to people "who have no qualification to keep documents safe"?
