Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society annual climate assessment

Yes, China is the #1 emitter. And the USA is #2. India is #3. But China is adding more renewable generation than the rest of the world combined. And we have a idiot admin that is opposed to all science. Ah well, 2026, and the third well deserved impeachment.
Trump is opposed to the false man-made global warming DOOMSDAY meme that the left uses to attack American middle class values snd lifestyle

They are hypocrites who do stupid things for the sake preventing ecological diaster

Stupid things such as blowing up dams in california and therefore not having water to fight brush fires that wipe out 10% of LA

China added renewables while also burning more coal. We're saved!

What was that roundtrip efficiency on those iron-air batteries you love?

Dumb-de-dumb dumb. Just why would melting ice increase surface air pressure?

GREAT QUESTION....

For every foot of snow, there is one inch of water and 11 inches of air. If you compress that to a fraction of an inch (the width of ice core layers buried on Antarctica), the gas is still there, so when you melt it, you increase atmospheric pressure.

This is what happens when Antarctica melts and all that gas is released back into atmosphere...

the atmospheric pressure at the time of thequetzalcoatlus had to be about 3.2-4.8 bar.

Less than a mile down in Antarctic ice, there are no more "gas bubbles" because the pressure and the temperature did what it did to oil and rock during North American Ice Age, it created shale by combining both in the same high pressure very cold space.

There is more gas trapped in Antarctic ice than is in the atmosphere today.

How many trillions is this problem going to cost us in infrastructure?

CO2 FRAUD has already cost us $20 trillion. The sooner we shut it all down and stop subsidizing EVs, the better.

I see that Old Rocks ignored post #12 a direct response to post #1 politically inspired screed.

A report by 538 meteorologists on the current climate direction. Of course the MAGAts here will deny it and substitute flap yap from fossil fuel shills. But to anyone that actually observes present climate events, the fact that we have a rapidly changing climate is readily apparent.

A rapidly changing climate isn’t readily apparent. There is no climate catastrophe.

New ice age
She kind of contradicts herself here.

"There is no strong evidence, that global warming is caused by human activity. The study of deuterium in the Antarctic showed that there were five global warmings and four Ice Ages for the past 400 thousand years. People first appeared on the Earth about 60 thousand years ago. However, even if human activities influence the climate, we can say, that the Sun with the new minimum gives humanity more time or a second chance to reduce their industrial emissions and to prepare, when the Sun will return to normal activity", -- Dr Helen Popova

Except that new minimum has now turned into a new maximum. And the warming of the Earth is now totally out of step with the solar input.

Take a drive over highway 22 from Salem to Bend, and then tell me that. How about several 100 year floods in a couple of decades? Or two 1000 year floods in a single decade. Has happened in several places all over the planet.

hundreds of billions of US taxdollars funding fraud can pay for a lot of cloud seeding.

Didn't you say "Global Warming causes droughts?"

Which is it?

If Earth is "warming" why isn't Surface Air Pressure rising?

Both warming and melting ice should push Surface Air Pressure higher, but Earth's SAP is a flat line, slightly down....

= EARTH NOT WARMING + NO ONGOING NET ICE MELT

The Big Yellow Think in the Sky has absolutely no impact on Earth's Climate; it's all CO2, and only American High Per Capita CO2 -- IPCC 76th Assessment

If it's currently bad, how do Climate Alarmists feel about historical climate data? Are Climate Alarmists actually aware of the historical data on sea levels, co2, temperature etc..?

It’s 2C colder than the previous interglacial period with 24 ft shallower seas.

Don’t need to. Do you suppose it was any different in the previous interglacial period?

This is how poor a thinker this alleged Geologist is when he moans over a couple floods in a tiny area of the planet while the long-term trends don't support the dumb Warmest/alarmist propaganda.
