Buick knocking it out of the park!

2025 Buick envista avenir. Saw one of these on the road the other day, damn good looking car, and, you can get one loaded, sometimes, for under $30k

If you're looking for a small- mid sized car, give these a look. Really nice car and well appointed.

Probably a piece of garbage, mechanically speaking.

Doesn't need to be. It's not a sports car
I was responding directly to a person who was talking about it's power, or lack of it.

Every car does not have to compete in formula 1.

Biden seems anxious to cancel student loans for elite college kids. I might buy one of those (cheap) 30 k rides if Biden deals with my car loan.
Seems like somebody pissed in your post toasties...

Buicks have always had a bad rap for being an "old fogies" car.
I've never seen that. I've always loved the Buick editions of the GM cars.

If I had the money, I'd love to have a new one.

You'll dislike it too after you research its ecotech engine.
I'm not buying one, though if I did have 30k laying around I would.

I would assume they are alot like the ford ecoboost engines, or the turbo engines that Chevy are using.

In the market where it competes, it is indeed a good value. The drivetrain leaves a lot to be desired, but is adequate for normal driving. It is a high-content vehicle at the price point, and if I were buying one and had concerns about the drivetrain, I would spring for an extended warranty, which is not expensive. My personal opinion is that it is a good looking car as well.

But Buick will go the way of Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and Saturn within a few years, at least in this country. GM will be Chevy, Caddy, and GMC, and that's it.
