The bills annihilated the Redskins today 37-3. It was a shut out until about 35 seconds left in the game until the Redskins kicked the field goal.

The bills great Bruce Smith was in attendance for the game. He also subsequently played for the Redskins after his bills career.

The bills defense had 9 sacks and 4 interceptions this game

The chiefs and dolphins I think are going to square off in the afc title game.the great teams find ways to win in close games they have to win even when they are playing ugly and both the dolphins and chiefs did that last week.,the chiefs could not afford to lose that game against Jacksonville last week if they were going to be taken seriously as a Super Bowl contender,they could Ill afford to start off at o and 2 and lose to an afc team,they shut down a Jacksonville team that was one of the best teams in the nfl last year,that was a must win game fir them,they played ugly fir the second week in a row but in the end found a way to win as great teams do.same with the dolphins last week against the cheatriots,they played horrible but in the end,they found a way to win like good teams do in a must win game fir them.that game was as much a must win game fir the dolphins if they were going to be Super Bowl contenders as much as last weeks game was fir the chiefs because foxboro was always a hornets nest for the dolphins,in the Tom Brady era they always found a way to lose almost all the time in Boston so this was a major obstacle and stumbling block they overcame,.they played ugly in their win but a win is a win and this was a must win game fir them,they won while still playing ugly as good teams do.

Remember, one year when the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl they were crushed by the Buffalo Bills in week one of the year. Those kind of things happen. It could be a one fluke game.

And it is still the NFL in order to be on any NFL team one has to be among the best football players in the world. So the Washington Redskins were 2-0 coming into the bills game. And the bills crushed them.

I have not said in this thread that the bills are going to win the Super Bowl. But it is fair to say that they are a Top superbowl contender. Along with the dolphins, the Chiefs and the Eagles for that matter. That’s what the power rankings say as well

I said this over on o Danny’s most dissapointing and surprising teams in the nfl but sense nobody replied I will say it here.

It was comedy gold that o Danny listed the bears as the most dissapointing,come on did anybody here seriously think they were going to have a winning season this year or any of you seriously surprised they are o and 3 and got blown out by the chiefs today?this was a team thst only won a total of three games last year and yet people were agreeing with thst idiot the bears were a dissapointing team this year.if Anybody here agreed with idiot danny they were going to show strides of being better this year as he did and I did see people agree with him,you guys need to get your heads examined. I see them as a top Super Bowl contender same as the chiefs and dolphins and erasing the label they currently have of a laughingstock IF they go out and beat the dolphins next week or like I said,they can still lose to them sense they look like the best the team in the nfl right Now at the moment,they just need to play them close and keep winning games after that and that will take care of their embarrassing loss to the pitiful jets and we can just chalk up that loss to the players taking them lightly once Rodgers went down and then coasted the rest of the game without the same passion,fire and intensity they did initially coming out of the gate.thst they made the mistake of letting up after thst and relaxed.if they at least play the dolphins close next week,I will chalk it up to that’s what happened to explain their loss and they won’t make the same mistake again facing a crappy team they should easily beat.

At this time last year the Dolphins and Bills looked like the two teams to beat.
