Kathianne,I had never heard of this case until recently,but have been trying to follow it. Greta had some updates on it last night and I fell asleep!! I was asking my momabout it,but she doesn't remember it. The guy seems like he wants to be caught.
 
Personally, I don't see anything wrong with retroactive enforcement of the death penalty. America got weak-minded and soft for a while, and abandoned common sense. I don't see why serial torturer/murderers should benefit from a temporary abberation. Ninety-seven, schminety-seven - hang the bastard, and do it badly, so he suffers.
