The Earth is to remain static for the benefit of human development.
We are apparently at the planets perfect climate and continents will no longer drift locking current shorelines worldwide in their current state.
How dare the planet and natural conditions change our maps.

These idiots actually believe that puny humans are as destructive as the force of nature itself.
If the super cauldron of Yellowstone blows or a meteor strikes it will change global climate in minutes rendering human climate change as irrelevant.

As to Australia, there have been a string of arrests for human caused fires which if anyone who lives in the country knows is the root cause of most fires.

How do you think the Great Lakes were formed?

Ironic also that people about 40,000 years ago used a land bridge to cross into North America that is now buried underwater due to changing water levels and glaciers receding creating the beautiful landscape we enjoy today. A changing climate that ended up being beneficial encouraging the spread of human activity to a new continent. Was hardly global doom and gloom, unless you lived in the fabled city of Atlantis, but must have been an impressive sight regarding the signs of massive erosion that created a deep valley along the entire Mississippi watershed. Bluffs in MN 800ft tall several miles apart carved by what was a massive drain of water. Now that's erosion. Grand Canyon being an extreme example.
Take any flight across America and you can see signs of that massive erosion.
Nothing is permanent including the landscape we currently enjoy.
Life has long adapted or gone extinct due to constantly changing conditions on Earth.
