No, it's not broken and I'm tired of hearing that crap. The only thing broken about it is it's not being enforced. Fixing immigration is as simple as enforcing the law. We don't need some massive over haul, or relaxing of the rules. It's fine as is and if you broke the law and will be deported for it then any family hardships it causes is on you. You knew you were breaking the law the whole time so don't expect any sympathy when the time comes to pay the price.
