OK. In case you missed it, your argument that she didn't look and didn't see the Officer in front of her when she put the SUV in drive and hit the gas is a very bad fact for her defense.

Accidents are common, and people make mistakes. You can't go around shooting them for it.

I actually agree with you that it most likely was accidental, I don't believe that it was her INTENT to hit, run over, k!ll, etc the ICE agent, but the fact of the matter is IF she had parked the car and gotten out of the vehicle, she would still be alive today. Like most other lefties, she thought that she was above the rules and/or that the rules simply didn't apply to her. So she IGNORED the command to exit the vehicle, and prompted by her wife's DRIVE BABY DRIVE encouragement, aimed and fired her weapon - her vehicle - at a man who happened to ALSO have a weapon available. It was a tragic accident that should not have happened. But the fact that it happened is not the fault of the ICE agent.
