BREAKING! Texas Governor Rick Perry Innocent! The Prosecution….Not So Much!

BREAKING! Texas Governor Rick Perry Innocent! The Prosecution....Not So Much!

"The charge, related to Perry’s 2013 threat to veto money for Travis County prosecutors in an attempt to force DA Rosemary Lehmberg from office, had violated the Texas Constitution’s “separation of powers provision”
It improperly violated the governor’s veto authority.
The court said veto power can’t be restricted by the courts and the prosecution of a veto “violates separations of powers.”

You heard that right!! The court turned the blame back on those trying this nonsense as an abuse of power!"

Too funny.

Democrat "Lawfare" needs to stop. They are vile and will do whatever they have to to achieve power......

You almost have to admire the power of the left wing media and the angry democrat machine for getting this trivial junk to court in the first place. If the media was doing it's job impartially, half of Barry Hussein's corrupt cabinet would be behind bars (including Hillary) and Barry would have been laughed out of town eight years ago.

Instead they close ranks and protect each other no matter what....all so they can keep power.

Heh, but when Obama vetoes something or issues an executive order, it's tyranny.

Well, this should clear the way for Dirty Perry's presidential run.
