Yea? Job market is still anemic. Turmp has the worst job record of any modern president and has lower GDP growth than any modern president.

Now, I havent claimed we are in a recession like you bozos did for years while the economy grew steady under Biden. We will see where this pans out but the job market is tough for workers right now, GDP is growing slowly, prices are rising (no data was reported in faux CPI report just released).

Tennessee added roughly 24,000 jobs this year, but before the pandemic, the state added 60,000 per year. With the national unemployment rate for people 18 to 24 over 10%, University of Tennessee Associate Research Professor Larry Kessler said the American dream is becoming unaffordable.

“It’s becoming more and more difficult as prices have risen way higher or way faster than kind of expected, really since 2022 or so. But wages have just not kept pace,” said Kessler.

“For people who are still have born and raised here, it’s a lot of people are getting priced out of the housing market. And that’s kind of been a large chunk,” said Kessler.

“I think it’s impacted everybody. And I feel terribly for the folks that feel like they can’t provide a Christmas that they want to for their children,” said Rittenberry.
