What, specifically has the court ordered Trump to do in regard to "the dictator?"
I'll give you credit for being able to read the ruling yourself rather than having to rely on me citing it for you.

Yes, I am. The ruling said nothing about Trump saying anything to President Bukele. It orders the U.S. government to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. It gives no guidance to the government of El Salvador.

Pam Bondi offered to send a plane if President Bukele releases the terrorist. Bukele flatly stated that he would not do so. This echange was on national television.

Nothing further is required by that order

Cite the part where he is deportable, just not to ES.

Deportable = not here legally.
I'll even give you credit for being able to cite whatever you want to cite all by yourself.

Yes, it orders the U.S. government to facilitate the release of the man it mistakenly deported and is paying to keep incarcerated.

Whether Trump complies with that order will be determined by the courts.

Not paying for his stay. ES taxpayers do.

He already has.

They can "determine" whatever they like. They cannot micromanage foreign policy, nor jail Trump for contempt.

I predict they will be extremely cautious in what they order and how they enforce it.

Already been cited several times in this thread, Schmid.
If you say so.

Here's one for you:

Please cite all the instances that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been shown to have participated in MS-13 activities during the 13 years he has resided in Maryland, or been convicted of any crimes, regardless of an MS-13 association.

Yes, he has been known to wear a Chicago Bulls cap.

Abrego Garcia was not in the U.S. illegally.

There is no evidence of his ever have been involved in MS-13 activities.

The Trump regime has admitted it deported him by mistake.

It is now the Trump regime's responsibility to demonstrate that it is complying with the Supreme Court's order that his release be facilitated.
He's never going to be released, at least in the US. Best case for him is he is brought back, has a hearing and then is once again deported.

I expect that the Trump regime's belated attempts to smear Abrego Garcia after deporting him in an admitted "administrative error" will have no impact on the courts or the court order that the Trump regime must "facilitate" his release - by whatever criteria is applied to that order.

It's certainly possible, and would be in compliance with the law if he were to be accorded due process, and credible evidence of MS-13 membership finally presented.

?? He already had his hearing, he was ruled deportable, just not to El Salvador becasue of alleged threats from a (rival gang) there. That was six years ago. Evidently that gang no longer exists, so it's safe to deport him back to his home country. That's what any new hearing would be about - the conditions in El Salvador. Not his own gang membership

Already had due process.
Bukele wanting him in an ES prison instead of being released into the country to go on about his life says loads. Seriously doubt Bukele is relying on the US for proof.

So, it has been admitted by the Trump regime that Abrego Garcia was deported due to an "administrative error", and there is no record of his having ever participated in any MS-13 activities, nor has he been charged with any crimes during his thirteen years living and working in Maryland.

Whether the Trump regime complies with the conservative Supreme Court's unanimous decision is yet to be determined.

Who is going to apply the criteria?

How will they ensure that the criteria is met?
