If there was something specific Judge Xinis could order the Trump administration to do that would not be immediately struck down by the SCOTUS again, she would.

Right now, her order is for them to keep reporting to her - under oath - what they are doing to get Abrego Garcia to once again illegally enter the U.S. It seems they are doing that, and saying WTTE, "No movement from El Salvador, so there is nothing further we can do."

I suppose she could leave that order standing until she retires, but even that will sooner or later cross the line into harrassment and she will be liable for a complaint of judicial misconduct.
