BREAKING: President Trump Shares Photos Of Kilmar Abrego Garcia's MS-13 Gang Tattoos

Does it really matter if this lowlife is a gang member? He entered our country illegally and has a violent streak.

Why in the world are Democrats investing all this time and effort to bring an undesirable foreigner back in?

From that article;
". . .According to the field interview sheet and other court documents, officers said they were also advised by a "proven and reliable source" that Mr Abrego Garcia was an active member of MS-13's "westerns clique", with the rank of "chequeo".

However, Mr Dudley says that a "chequeo" is not a rank but is instead used to refer to recruits who are yet to be initiated. . "

Pussified Republicans have played along with them in their word games…Republicans have moved on to only vilifying “violent criminal illegals”…This has led to Garcia being viewed as a father “just looking for a better life for his family”. There is no such thing as an illegal now…just violent criminal illegals and “migrants”.

They sure are invested!
These are the people who want to end your Second Amendment rights, and your First Amendment rights. But they "care" about the Constitution 😂

Illegal alien wetbacks can’t vote and they can’t buy guns…Constitutional rights as titled in the Preamble are reserved for We The People Of The United States….The Preamble is not titled We The People Of The World.
That non specific language in the Preamble says "people" as opposed to "lawful citizens."
The SCOTUS has also confirmed this.
Ultimately it is The Scotus' job to interpret the Constitution and its word is the law of the land.

Eventually, the Supreme Court extended these constitutional protections to all aliens within the United States, including those who entered unlawfully, declaring that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law.3 The Court reasoned that aliens physically present in the United States, regardless of their legal status, are recognized as persons guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.4 Thus, the Court determined, [e]ven one whose presence in this country is unlawful, involuntary, or transitory is entitled to that constitutional protection.5 Accordingly, notwithstanding Congress’s indisputably broad power to regulate immigration, fundamental due process requirements notably constrained that power with respect to aliens within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.6

Yet the Supreme Court has also suggested that the extent of due process protection may vary depending upon [the alien’s] status and circumstance.7 In various opinions, the Court has suggested that at least some of the constitutional protections to which an alien is entitled may turn upon whether the alien has been admitted into the United States or developed substantial ties to this country.8 Thus, while the Court has recognized that due process considerations may constrain the Federal Government’s exercise of its immigration power, there is some uncertainty regarding the extent to which these constraints apply with regard to aliens within the United States.

But the 5th amendment does apply to both citizens and non-citizens. Every person in the United States has the right to due process. I'm sure Trump is trying change that but he will fail. Even a conservation Supreme Court is not going to endorse totalitarian leadership.

“People” and “citizens” are synonymous when used in the U.S. Constitution, a document authored by Americans for Americans.
Think once…if the framers intended to aim constitutional protections at the world’s people why wouldn’t they have said “American citizens and foreign nationals” or the like? Why did they title the Preamble We The People Of The U.S.?
Do you think Microsoft’s employee handbook is applicable to the employees of Google?
If a Google employee was trespassing at Microsoft would Microsoft’s employee handbook then be applicable to the trespasser?
Sometimes you just have to connect the dots and think.

So you believe there’s a distinction to be made between voting rights and constitutional rights with regard to citizenship status?
Are there different levels of citizenships that allow for different rights?
One is either a citizen with constitutional rights or they are not. There’s no bizarre in between

Pam Bondi just released bodycam footage of the dude being pulled over in 2022 for human trafficking of 8 people - all listed at his address, on an expired license.

Has he ever spoken about our American hostage being starved and abused to death by the Islamic terrorists?

What the **** do Islamic terrorists have to do with Trump illegally deporting people with no due process?

For somebody who claims to have won academic awards, you're dumber than a stump.
