In the CNN Episode I saw nothing at all on his left hand, it was of his full body with hand in screen, so not a close up.

I found a picture of the scene, and zoomed in as close as possible and did see very light tattoo markings on his left hand fingers, but did not make out what it said.....

If he doesn't have this ms13 tattoo on his fingers while our president is telling everyone he has this marking on his fingers to falsely rile them up in his favor, that's a defamation suit in the making.
