The HC Crew were all white dudes.

The ATC Tower was short handed because one employee had to go home sick. Given that ATC's are 85% male and 75% white, there's not likely to have been a DEI issue here, either.

Well, that's a stupid comment. Again, AC Controllers are 85% male and 75% white.

Looks to me the fault is with the Army pilots. They were 200 feet too high and half a mile off course.
