Not a Gay Rights Issue. The Constitution does not allow for any Federal Intervention in any Marriage issues. They do NOT have the Enumerated Powers at the Federal Level of Governance to even hear this Case. The Lower Federal Courts have assumed powers they did not have. That is the ONLY reason SCOTUS is taking this up. So they can decide the case once and for all time. There is NO Federal Right to Marriage. Read the Constitution, specifically the 9th and 10th Amendments and the Preamble of the Bill of Rights.
