It’s actually okay to yell fire in a theater. If you smell or see smoke or fire. Even if there is none but it just smelled like it.People who buy this are the same people who think that it's "against the law to yell 'fire' in a crowded theater."
For those of you thinking "Wut? That is against the law, LoL!" no it isn't. A law banning specific speech would be unconstitutional prior restraint. If a person yells "fire" in a theater, he could possibly be cited for disorderly conduct or some such. There would be several defenses, including that there was really a fire and the people needed to be told.
Same with this. It’s okay to protest the results of an election. Democrats do it even when they win just to silence their next opponents. Communists!
