For those of you thinking "Wut? That is against the law, LoL!" no it isn't. A law banning specific speech would be unconstitutional prior restraint. If a person yells "fire" in a theater, he could possibly be cited for disorderly conduct or some such. There would be several defenses, including that there was really a fire and the people needed to be told.

It’s actually okay to yell fire in a theater. If you smell or see smoke or fire. Even if there is none but it just smelled like it.
Same with this. It’s okay to protest the results of an election. Democrats do it even when they win just to silence their next opponents. Communists!

You say all these things without actually addressing anything specific about the charges. If somebody is charging DeSantis for the Martha stunt and he had waivers and did nothing wrong then he will be fine and it will go nowhere. That’s why we have courts. To look at evidence and debate the law.

Indictments don’t happen because of magic or one persons preference. Months and years of investigating, gathering evidence, presenting evidence to prosecutors, analyzing the law, all goes in to pressing charges. You don’t even look at that and blindly dismiss it as a political game. What’s up with that?
