But it’s not the criminal fault of those who came to speak. Trump didn’t organize the the crowd to go to the Capitol to protest. A rally was organized and he spoke at it. In his speech he said he heard some were going to go and protest at the Capitol. Trump did not organize the protest at the Capitol. He did not organize the break-in either.
