Regardless of what actually happened, the fact that this appeared in Iran's state news outlet would seem to mean Iran now wants the ceasefire.

Iran was supposed to stop firing at 7:30 AM Tehran time. At around 7:41, launches were detected by Israeli authorities. Now Iran is claiming the ceasefire is in effect.

Yes, every other power involved said this except Iran was saying it was false. Both sides have to agree on a ceasefire. The one side is Iran while the other side is Bibi/tRump.

Iran never did abide by any agreement anyway. This is why negotiations with Iran are foolish. Iran will either give up its nuclear program or it will be blown up.
