It's just an intimidation stunt. They won't find anything and they know it. It's just obama and demicrats abusing their power like normal.
Actually, its a federal judge's order for witholding records:
PHOENIX (AP) — In an angry rebuke, a judge on Friday ordered the U.S. Marshals Service to seize a collection of records from Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office and leveled harsh criticism at the sheriff's lawyers for failing to turn over documents that had been requested months ago in a racial profiling case.
U.S. District Judge Murray Snow's criticism centered on the agency's failure to hand over more than 1,400 identification documents in a related investigation into allegations that deputies pocketed items during busts.

And it gets even more juicy. Apparently Sheriff Joe was about to destroy said records.
Robert Warshaw, the official monitoring the sheriff's office for the judge, said he learned the ID documents were slated for destruction and that there was an order at the sheriff's office that the existence of the ID records shouldn't be voluntarily revealed.
The court monitor said the unit of the sheriff's office that stores evidence is a lockbox for keeping unflattering documents from public or court scrutiny.

But why let a good conspiracy about 'Obama' and the demicrats' get bogged down in inconvenient details......like the facts.
I find it very amazing that the honest facts are presented and yet the right wingers ignore the truth.
These people don't give a damn about America or our laws. Or maybe they don't think our laws apply to right wingers.
Persecute people who disagree with them? That's fine with right wingers. Destroy evidence of crimes? That's just fine with right wingers.
Whatever it is, they sure make it very clear, they don't give a damn about America.
Your rant points to libtards not the right.
No- just idiot Conservatives who support Arpaio's campaign of lawlessness and intimidation- leaving the voters to pay for it

(CN) - Maricopa County, Arizona must pay nearly $1 million to settle claims that Sheriff Joe Arpaio wrongfully investigated an elected official, the 9th Circuit ruled Monday.
Former Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox
sued Arpaio and others in 2011 for allegedly investigating her "in retaliation for her opposition to their stance on illegal immigration."
Wilcox also claimed that Arpaio and then-County Attorney Andrew Thomas had twice improperly indicted her for "participating in decisions of the Board of Supervisors when she had a conflict of interest," according to her complaint.
The charges against Wilcox were later dismissed. Thomas was disbarred in 2012, and Arpaio's office is now subject to federal oversight.
Maricopa County infighting, lawsuits cost taxpayers $44.4 million
Politically charged investigations and legal disputes involving Maricopa County elected officials have cost taxpayers at least $44.4million since the conflicts began, according to records released Monday.
The last of the major legal issues, most of which arose from 2008 to 2010, were resolved last month, when the Board of Supervisors voted to settle two remaining lawsuits filed by targets of politically charged investigations by the Sheriff’s and County Attorney’s offices.
The final tab is likely to rise, depending on an appeal of a settlement of a lawsuit filed by Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox.
Maricopa County payment information was released Monday in response to a public-records request by The Arizona Republic. The cost of the political feuds has ballooned since The Republic began tracking the amount in 2009, when it was tabbed at $1.1million.
The records detail payments made by county agencies and the county’s Self-Insured Risk Trust Fund from fiscal 2008 through January 2014. Payments were made to dozens of law firms and private attorneys who defended the county in conflicts directly related to the actions of former County Attorney Andrew Thomas, Sheriff Joe Arpaio and their ex-deputies, as well as ensuing actions by the Board of Supervisors.
