This was an obvious bio attack. No one seems to find it curious that CCP were so willing to show video of a virus panic and subsequent quarantining before the virus was allowed to transmit globally. China usually keeps a lid on that shit. This was obvious.

1) No doubt is began earlier than known simply because its symptoms are so all over the place, it was likely being misdiagnosed for awhile; and

2) Ordering PCR equipment is not a smoking gun evidence it was around 6 months earlier and known. It is not a process that is particular to COVID. One of the problems we had early on is that there wasn't really much capacity in the US outside of private labs for this kind of testing, nor people trained to use it, so we were toooooo dependent on a couple government labs.

On its own, this proves nothing.

PCR tests are used for many things. China could simply have been putting in place a system to deal with viruses. It could simply have been someone paying a bribe by buying someone's PCR tests.

There are plenty of reasons to buy tests.

In fact the article suggests that China was actively increasing its number of tests for years:

"10.1 million Yuan in 2015, 19.1 million Yuan in 2016, 29.1 million Yuan in 2017, 36.7 million Yuan in 2018 and a whopping 67.4 million Yuan in 2019."

So from 2015-2016 there was an increase of 89%
From 2016-2017 there was an increase of 52%.
From 2017-2018 there was an increase of 26%
From 2018-2019 there was an increase of 83%

Which, based on your logic, suggests the coronavirus happened in 2016.

There's nothing "abnormal" about buying more kits in 2019. Perhaps they bought a lot in 2016, and then had a number and then ran stocks down in 2018 and then bought loads more because they realized they were running out.

How long do you need from ordering tests to receiving tests?

So many questions are unanswered.
