All those Secret Service agents knew was some unknown guy was rushing the stage, yelling at Noem. They removed him. The FBI handcuffed him. Then his identity was confirmed and he was released. Both Secret Service and the FBI did exactly what they should have done under those circumstances and Padilla and the rest of the "outraged" Democrats back in Washington KNOW that!
