Brazil to change gun laws...to allow people to defend themselves...

The right to keep and bear arms is needed for 4 basic reasons...

-to stop violent criminal attack
-to stop the dangerously mentally ill
-when the government can't or won't protect it's citizens
-when the government starts to murder it's citizens

Brazi fits number 3...they can't protect their citizens from the violent criminals that are terrorizing the country...so now they are trying to change their gun laws..so good people can stop bad people...since the bad people are already ignoring the strict gun laws of Brazil...

Oh...well...are you sure, I think somewhere else south of the equator was also going to allow people to use guns...wasn't it Chile....?
