#BoycottNRA

The hell with the NRA. Another PAC that has way more power than they deserve. Most Americans want to end gun violence in schools, that is OUR agenda. Less pandering to people that pander to manufactures and profiteers. What is THEIR "agenda"? And the people that fetishise guns, they don't represent Americans, either.

That's why I joined! I want them to pander to manufacturers and profiteers! WRONG!

I want them working to protect my 2nd Amendment rights.

REMIND ME AGAIN, THAT A POLITICAL ACTION GROUP like the NRA represents America? Because neither they or pro gun groups represent America. Accept that.

Learn to quote properly please. Then maybe your post will make sense.

Nope! Nevermind. It is still a load of crap!

Here we have a so called educator that tells one to use proper grammar, learn to quote but yet comes on a message board and with damn near every posts ends it with, DUMBASS.

Enterprise car rentals, Omaha bank sever gun lobby ties as boycott movement gains steam.

Do they think doing this will solve anything?

usually on boycotts like this, the pro gun crowd will just stop shopping at the companies doing this. they are catering to the loud, not the most people and the people who care will just stop shopping at the places making this "social stand".

The NRA certainly has a lot of pull in congress, because they paid for it, but the reality is they only have about 5 million members. That's only 1.6% of the population. Most gun owners are not members and don't support their tactics.

Reality check:
5 million NRA members, $984,152 in campaign contributions, and 1.5 million on lobbying in 2013 and 2014.
What about unions? 14.5 million members, $150 Million on campaigns, and 1.7 BILLION on lobbying in 2012 alone. Who do THEY "own"? What did they buy?

The NRA always buys, according to gun haters. Did it EVER occur to them that the legislators actually hold the same values as the NRA?

Probably not.

Mark

You mean the legislators hold the same views that 97% of population disagree with, just like the NRA?

Holy crap! 97% of the people agree with a law that already exists.

So, LaPierre was a Vietnam draft dodger. Not surprising.

Lefties believe the mentally ill should run the world...no?

Why not there's one running the U.S.

No, you just WISH you were running the US.

I just donated a bunch of money to the NRA. :) I'm an official NRA member now. Join the NRA today! Contribute to protecting your rights as a law abiding American citizen!!

I just joined NRA!

My token-leftist sister joined an anti-gun activist group, so I suppose - as it is my job to balance her out - that I shall now have to find a comparable pro-gun group to join.

What's really hilarious about this is that a month ago, my sister was considering buying a gun, because there's been a rash of home invasions in her neighborhood. *eye roll*

I have no desire to run the U.S., isn't computer time over in that institution you're confined to?

Only institution I live in is my marriage. Stop projecting.

I call it like I see it. When you post like a dumbass, I label it!

Don't want to be labeled? Change your attitude!

Delta and United airlines dumped the NRA.

BTW, can anyone find the names of the current NRA Board of Directors. Are Tom Selleck and Ted Nugent still on it?

Enterprise car rentals, Omaha bank sever gun lobby ties as boycott movement gains steam.

Two major companies, Enterprise Holdings and First National Bank of Omaha ended co-branding partnerships with the National Rifle Association Thursday as a #BoycottNRA social media movement picked up steam.

Enterprise is the parent company of three car-rental brands: Enterprise, Alamo and National. The arrangement offered discounts to NRA members.

Do they think doing this will solve anything?

They'll boost business for Avis.

No. There is no universal background check law, and the NRA has spent millions to keep it that way.

Companies Telling The Owners of over 300 Million Guns in this country that they don’t want their business?

Sounds like a plan only a Dem Socialist Could Love.

Why don't YOU find it? You're connected to the same Internet we are.

I tried. I could only find a partial from 2013.

Meet the NRA's Board of Directors

So we're supposed to do your homework for you? Maybe spend less time thinking up lame insults, and more time learning how to do an Internet search.
