Leaving aside the fact that you're misusing the term "assault rifle", you're a dimwit if you think the difference between "cuddly, fluffy bunny who would never hurt anyone" and "crazed killer on a spree" was owning that particular gun. "If THAT GUN was banned, and he hadn't had THAT GUN, he wouldn't have shot people." Really? As opposed to . . . using a different gun? Just acquiring one illegally? Yup, and they say them evil AR's can fire 800 rounds a minute but when asked where you can get a 800 round mag they can't seem to answer.
