Growing up it was on every summer and I watched it every summer.

I should show it to my child. She is getting old enough to appreciate not for children movies.

Rocky Horror Picture Show
Dirty Harry
Every Which Way But Loose
Romeo & Juliet (Zeffirilli version)
When Harry Met Sally
Gone With the Wind
Aliens

And PS, they won't be bored by Casablanca, even if it is in b & w.

Aliens is good. But watch ALIEN first.

And the Rocky Horror Picture show is fun.

My eldest son is in his mid 20's and has used up all the shit politically correct, Netflix movies.
I told him, "You know, there are so many movies made before you were born which you haven't seen."
He's currently watching my suggestions.

The emboldened in the above and Bringing Up Baby are the very best madcap comedies of all time . . . just behind your autobiography, of course. ;)

First time I saw it was at a midnight showing. I was very drunk and had no idea what it was about--got dragged by a friend. All I remember is getting showered with popcorn, water from squirt guns and a bunch of women running around in their bras. Never did know what the movie was about until I watched it again a few years ago (safely and soberly in my own home), and I really liked it. Tim Curry was phenomenal.

Casablanca rocks!

Rick: How can you close me up? On what grounds?

Captain Renault: I'm shocked! Shocked to find that gambling is going on in here.

Croupier: Your winnings, sir.

Captain Renault: Oh, thank you very much.
