The food industry is monopolized by 6 or 7 companies. They are acting the same as the oil companies.

I am not sure it really would hold up in court, but who knows. Creating a moratorium on mergers and acquisitions across two industries until Congress gets around to setting up a committee, investigating, and then acting is putting the horse a mile ahead of the cart.
