Well, if you are asking for the democratic point of view:

1. The mother was a risk to her kids as she had none of them in the required car seats.
2. Where was the father(s)?
3. To minimize trauma to the children and for their greatest safety, instead of screaming, shrieking and fighting with police, she should have just remained calm and obeyed the officers just once then nothing would have happened.
4. The mother was DUI. Not the best way to start out.
5. Probably wasn't even the first time the fat nasty ***** had to be slapped around that night.
