Democrats have flipped a total of 10 state legislative seats in special elections during Donald Trump's second term, while Republicans have flipped…..zero. I don’t make predictions but that doesn’t seem to be a good sign for the GOP.

Last night Bobbi Boudman (D) defeats Dale Fincher (R) in NH Carroll District 7 special election

OH..MGTs dark red district placed more votes for a Democrat than any Republican to replace her. They will now have a runoff.

SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE FLIPS (overperformances)

🔵 Texas SD-09 (D+32)
🔵 Iowa SD-35 (D+25)
🔵 Iowa SD-01 (D+22)
🔵 Arkansas HD-70 (D+20)
🔵 Mississippi SD-45 (D+19)
🔵 Mississippi SD-02 (D+22)
🔵 Pennsylvania SD-35 (D+16)
🔵 Georgia HD-121 (D+14)
🔵 New Hampshire House Carroll 7 (D+13)
🔵 Mississippi HD-22 (D+8)

And the Republicrats have nobody to blame but themselves. Things would have been A LOT different had Trump simply kept his campaign promises. America is in a downward spiral and voting has become meaningless.

Yep and Trump is in office because Democrats couldn't keep their promises.

We never learn.

Both sides have failed to keep their promises to the American people. But both sides have been faithful to keep their promises to Israel. Hooray for MIGA!

It's a one party system. But Trump, specifically, prompted me to take "the black pill."

AIPAC is in full control, not what Trump voters voted for at all... another "forever war" of choice with ZERO US National Interest, solely to please #4 Bibi....

The numbers don't lie.

Trump could have started with an ICE policy of deporting just the "troublemakers" which had 70% support. No, he had to pander to the self proclaimed sub humans, and that's part of the GOP's unpopularity now. And Trump was forced to change course, not good.

Trump could have shown a backbone after telling Tucker

"Many people tell me 107 never happened"

but no, America is now out $300 billion, 7 lives, 140 wounded, all over another Zionist Fascist hate hoax.... and absolutely nothing he's done in the Middle East has any US national interest at all.

First, Trump cannot govern on polls, his team needs to do a better job of marketing. If this were the calm speaking Trump of the 1980s, when he was a debonair and intellectual presenter, Americans would realize how much good he has done on the economic side with the $1000 to newborns, this is HUGE for families and it is grossly undersold, I would be telling parents "your kids could have $100k+ by the time they are 21, his executive action to deny corporate purchasing of matrimonial homes etc.

Trump in the 1980s would have calmly presented this with confidence and citizens would internalize it as they did the Trump brand which he was so good at promoting.

As it were, these losses will force Trump to get a big win in USMCA negotiations which occur in June. This means he will probably negotiate with Mexico and secure a separate deal, Canada will have to capitulate market access as ANY free market nation would and perhaps for once Canadian consumers will win.

Market access is important to Trumps wins to ensure U.S companies can produce in America and export to Canada and elsewhere, It is worth trillions over decades of access. His team will be pushing dairy, banking (The "Big Four" in Canada are all worth the most for a reason, this is a huge opportunity for the U.S if they gain access, literally hundreds of billions in PROFITS a year), telecom etc.

It should be a win/win but Canadian consumers continue to be screwed over just as we do in regards to our human rights here. These losses for Trump could end up being a consumer boon for Canadians if all goes well.

The script remains the same:
  1. Win an election
  2. Pretend you have a "mandate"
  3. Decide that collaboration and innovation are weaknesses
  4. Cram your agenda down the throats of the country
  5. Go too far and piss too many people off
  6. Lose the next election
  7. Blame someone else for your loss
The parties do not learn.

Just a reminder. These are not polls. These are voting results. You can’t win elections governing to the extreme.

Lower the deficit
control the border
no voluntary wars
release the Epstein files
lower costs for Americans

He's achieved #2 only. The rest have been betrayals as he has done the opposite.

Gee, maybe Israel is who is really ******* with both parties and turning America into a war whore and a shitshow. 🤔

Well, you are correct but also incorrect.

First, you should base the return on the S&P 500 as default, as the money must be invested in an index or a mutual fund. The average return on S&P is 10% annually.

Second, I assumed a number I heard but forgot to add that this would include some contribution from parents. Which, even for average wage earners should be promoted by government so that citizens consider it a normal part of a childs future plans.

Even if they added just $1000 a year, it would be huge.

See these two scenarios, based on 10% annual, compounding return. Remember also, this is NO COST in the first scenario, free money to a parents child if they do not make extra contributions:

Contribution rules:

  • Up to $5,000 per year per child can be added to the account in total.
  • Contributions can come from:
    • Parents or guardians
    • Grandparents or relatives
    • Friends
    • Employers (up to $2,500 of the yearly total)

The $1,000 government seed deposit does not count toward that $5,000 annual limit.

No contribution in the S&P 500:

Contribution of extra $1000 per year (this alone is HUGE):

Maximum of $5k annual:

Trump Derangement aside, the party in power almost always loses seats in the midterms.
