Money. It's like playing the lottery only they don't even have to buy tickets. Make an accusation, get BLM and some protesters and maybe you cash in. OTOH... this kind of nonsense is precisely why BODY CAMS are supposed to be ON and recording, anytime police are making or attempting to make an arrest. When they fail to have this evidence, it automatically makes THEM look guilty.
