I don’t know the underlying facts of their claim. But sometimes we do see cops behaving improperly towards people of all races.

Now, the fact that a lawsuit was fled by BLM doesn’t mean it is unwarranted. But of course, it might be a clue that it’s bullshit in this case. Time will tell.
