Why wouldn’t Jackson define what a woman is when asked?

You know why. She was thinking ahead to a possible case where a man claims he’s now a woman and wants to compete in a major tournament on the women’s team, or a case where a man/woman wants to share a dorm room with a woman, or whatever, and she doesn’t want to be locked into a definition, such as XX chromosomes or born with female genitalia. Already shows she will be biased in favor of the transgender and against the normal women.

That we know of. Like I said, they need to start looking into people who were accidentally registered to vote via auto registration methods who are considered legal voters and nobody is looking for them.

What Jackson’s appointment to the SCOTUS tells us is the same lesson we got from Kamala’s appointment as VP: that when you prioritize female blackness over merit and competence, you end up with black women in high positions.
