In anthropology and racial studies, the concept of "white" and the synonyms "Caucasion" and "Europid" do not refer to people with fair skin, but to the Nordic type of European inhabitant.
Most likely, this type originated from the mixing of the true black type of the African Bushman and the Cromanid, perhaps it happened through the Mediterranean race, closely related to the Nordic.. Anthropologically, it is similar to the African black, has a gracial skeleton and dolichocephalic skull, but a different, orthogonal type of facial profiling and a more massive jaw.
The color of his skin is extremely depigmented, this is a consequence of a violation of the production of melanin, so he almost does not tan.
Skin color from the point of view of scientific anthropology is an unstable and insignificant sign.
Modern ideas about races are based on the antiscientific theory of Gobineau, who divided races on the basis of melanin and tried to prove the origin of the Indo-Europeans from the Nordids on this basis.
In the United States, the Nordic type is very poorly represented, most Americans are of Siberian descent, the male Q line is a side branch of the Proto-Indo-Europeans from haplogroup P.
Female genetics also come from Asia.
The anthropological type is not Nordic.
Respectively
1) American fair skinned race is not "white"
2) African Americans, if we consider them to be from Africa, are anthropologically closer to the "white race" than the main "white" population to "white race".
PS although it should be noted here that American blacks are not really quite similar to African blacks, they are probably of different origins or they are highly mixed
