Four black teens face ethnic intimidation charges for brutal attack

A group of teenage girls who screamed profanities at a group of Asian students on a Philadelphia train have been identified and are now the subject of ethnic intimidation charges.

The girl whose mother turned her in is SO LUCKY. She's likely the only one who will become a normal, well-socialized adult.

Usually girls of that group do not act like that.

So I am guessing that the Asian victims had let their guard down.

I assume that many people of all ethnicities try to avoid using public transportation in Philadelphia.
