LOL! Blacks were denied jobs in many different occupations. Son, I was alive in the 1960's. Things just didn't work like you say. And don't try telling me what your grandfather said. I was alive in the 1970's-80's-90's- onward and see that white racists are not following the civil rights laws. This continues to happen. DEI does work to remedy problems created because of continuing white racism.

So again, I'm going to post a comment from Flash that was posted in the old race and racism section which shows why DEI is necessary right now.
