ARE putting the call out to stop black on black violence destroying neighborhoods.

Pastors calling out to stop the gangs and drugs have been pushing this message.

We do need to support the Black leaders taking the right lead in the right direction.

One key to getting this voice out in public and uniting the Black leadership is
* stopping the political division and exploitation of left vs right, liberal vs conservative,
and rich vs poor. This is affecting the entire nation, but especially dividing and disenfranchising the Black community.
* stopping the demonization of either the Christians by liberal secularists or the Muslims by Christian Conservatives.

A lot of the Black leaders who can make a difference in getting the right message out
come from a mix of backgrounds, from conservative Republicans, Christian church leaders, and even Muslim advocates and scholars. We aren't helping these leaders to be heard in the media, if they are divided politically marginalized and silenced.

Why not call for unity among the Allen Wests and Cornell Wests, both the far right and far left
who want true independence and empowerment instead of Blacks exploited by politics and kept strung
along like sheep depending on govt for rights, welfare and benefits?
