The Democratic version of "care" is affirmative action, reparations, legislation that prevents discrimination in housing, college grants, etc.

The Republican solution is tough love ("accountability") and a doubling down on Law & Order / War on Drugs, which uses expanded law enforcement tools to move blacks from unraveled welfare programs and de-industrialized inner cities into prison cells. FYI: Bill Clinton is guilty of this and should be judged as such.

some how you can take the opinions or comments of a few and lump it in to the entire populace of Trump voters and this is ok, yet if someone else takes the opinion or the comments of a few blacks and spreads it evenly across the entire black population, then that is not ok. And if I had not had the honor and pleasure working with a good deal of blacks in my field that I was in before retiring from it, that were very smart and very capable, and in some cases what I could only suspect as nothing less than pure genius , I too could think that all blacks were lower intellect, but that is not the case.

I do have to wonder however, Why is it that the majority of poor less educated black do vote for the party that up to this point has done absolutely nothing for them. It does seem odd.

It is to be considered late term abortion, and it is constitutionally protected.
Plus, by doing this we can then classify the gangs as medical support staff, this means they have jobs, incarceration is a bonus paid out for exceptional work, most places will give you a week leave or something and you have to pay your own way, with this plan, once you are recognized as a medical professional, you get an all expense paid vacation at a luxury resort for not just a damn week, but depending on your excellence, it could be extended to years.
