Let me put a STOP to this debate. If 50 million Russians invaded and popped out 100 million Russian babies would we give them citizenship and let their parents stay and pop out another 100 million Russian babies and take over our country?

If they were an invading army, then we would not give them citizenship.

Actually without standing the supreme court has time and time again indicated it's a violation of article 3 of the constitution for them to render further judgement on the case.

I have no love for the courts as they exist today

In the best of times to a relief valves that prevent opposing faction from killing each other

But the respect that the courts depend on is eroding fast

no one follows the constitution, it is party driven and mostly by demofks.
