when I day dream about winning the lottery one of the things I would do is search out deserving families that would spread their motivations and beliefs to their children and others and set up a trust for them to spread a little help to people working to be better people/families,,

Yes!!!

I've always thought if I were filthy rich, I'd have me some scouts looking at the students of public schools, taking names of the smartest ones and the most genius ones, so I could get them into GOOD schools that would enhance them, not hold them back.

Damn, most of these guys made it into their 90's, you wonder if all that money was buying the best medical care or if their high class lifestyle and all their business success was what kept them alive so long.

I wouldn't do that, because poor people are poor because they don't understand money management. I'd set up a foundation for scholarships or grants to poor people with strict criterion on how to qualify.

They'd have their bills paid for, but they'd be in charge of making life and home upgrades to where they are comfortable and not hurting.
