What do these 3 groups have in common?

They were impoverished immigrants in the state of CA at different times.

All 3 groups, depending on how in tact their family structures were, became quite a burden on social programs when they got here. The Hmongs seem to have come out the poverty/gang problems after 20ish years, because they have strong family units. Cambodians, the same. Some of the Okies too, but not in any greater numbers than the others.

My guess is that race has less to do with generational entitlements than poverty does.

Makes more sense than the Anthropologically unsound idea that any race is inferior or superior to another, and you'll have to do better to prove Democrats caused it.
