Considering the hundreds of pieces of paper that the president must sign constantly I would imagine some type of Robo assist is almost necessary.

As long as it falls under the purview of administration authority I would assume it would be legitimate.

I suppose it could be abused in Liu of a president who had lost his mind completely. Not sure how somebody would prove that though.

We should be able to determine that the computer used for any auto-signature and with a person signed in using an ultra secure form of authentication like fingerprint or some other form of biometric authentication. Such securities may already be in place. If so, it could be proven with little doubt that Biden was involved in the process or not. If they aren’t in place, we won’t ever know and he is off the hook, but these securities should be added to prevent future potential security issues.
