There's a reason they feed ice cream to dementia patients like Biden a lot. It's easy to swallow and the snack than sooth their mind when they are anxious and cantankerous.

And due to the damage to his cerebellum Biden must now be hooked up to a CPAP machine to keep him breathing while he sleeps.

But usually what kills them is the complications of dementia. Uncoordinated swallowing can cause food to be inspired into the lungs, causing an infection resulting in pneumonia and sepsis.

Accidental falls are another complication of dementia that can kill. A good way for the Dems to assassinate Biden would be to shove him down the stairs and say it was an accidental fall.
