If the company is smart and keeps good records its difficult to pin any crime on them

Jose comes in with a SSN number and says yes on the application printed in english and spanish

the company runs the ssn through e-verify and Jose comes up clean

in which case even biden flunkies will have a hard time pinning any wrongdoing on the employer

e-verify needs to be greatly improved before it is any good

Thanks for proving my point, both sides are pro-illegal immigration when it comes to those in DC. Even Trump while he talked a really good game did not even start to push for his wall until he lost Congress, almost as if he were waiting till he would have an excuse for not getting more done.
