Yeah, I heard that. Now Biden both believes he could have beaten Trump had he just stayed in the race, and now he is torqued at his pick of AG Garland because he doesn't think he tried hard enough to prosecute Trump!

I can't decide if Biden is trying to patch up his legacy or if he really is an even bigger fool than I thought.
