Harris has a citizenship problem. The Constitution requires a 'natural born citizen'. But neither of her parents was a citizen of the USA at the time of her birth (unlike with Øbama, whose mother was a citizen).

That makes Harris a 14th Amendment citizen, the two are different, and SCOTUS has never ruled on this issue. So a real problem which is why it is taking forever to choose the black female the Biden team has promised.

Choosing Harris could create a Constitutional mess.
