The Biden administration said that businesses should ignore a federal court ruling against his vaccine mandate and implement it anyway.

"We think people should not wait," said White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre during Monday's media briefing. "They should continue to move forward and make sure that they're getting their workplace vaccinated."

A panel of judges in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Saturday that the vaccine mandate announced by President Joe Biden should be paused over concerns about its constitutionality. The lawsuit against the mandate was filed by a number of states including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah.

Why? Cuz the DNC is above the law and the Constitution because they ARE the law and Constitution. Screw the judicial system, or anything else that might get in their way.

WHEN the Republicans retake the House next year they'd BETTER immediately begin Impeachment proceedings against this scum. He has openly, repeatedly broken his vow and he needs to be Impeached. The result won't be removal because it would take 67 Senators voting to convict but the message needs to be sent. ANY House member that represents my state who is unwilling to do this, WILL BE PRIMARIED

True... but that doesn't mean they have to be funded. Any Congress can essentially kill such programs by withholding sufficient funding to make it die on the vine.
